Under the document, the Government has to elaborate and adopt the respective state target program on matters of children recreation and rehabilitation and establish the network of children’s recreational institutions for the period until 2017.
The Cabinet of Ministers is recommended to elaborate and refer for consideration by the Verkhovna Rada the following draft laws:
on amendments to the Law “On Recreation and Rehabilitation of Children” concerning regulation of the issue of self-determined stay in child care centers of recreation and rehabilitation for children of 6-18 and establishment of conditions for recreation and rehabilitation of children with special needs;
on amendments to article 2 of the Law “On State Procurement” re including recreation and rehabilitation services provided in the state enterprises “International Children’s Center “Artek” and the “Ukrainian Children’s Center “Moloda Hvardiia” into the list determined by part three of article 2 of the abovementioned Law.
The document provides also recommendations for the Government to elaborate and refer to the Parliament the draft law on amendments to the Tax Code.
